Sky News take a giant mobile screen outdoors

Kay Burley live at Donington Park Services on the M1, uses a mobile digi-van to broadcast the latest budget plans from the chancellor. Over 5 hours people can watch coverage of the budget on a giant mobile screen and give their opinions live on Sky News.
